Of course she's not fat in the standard sense. But she wore an outfit that could only be "pulled off" by the skinniest of women. And Britney is currently not in that category. It was not a flattering outfit in the slightest.

Yes.. she's over average weight now... and ANY woman who's going to go anywhere aside from a beach wearing an outfit like that is inviting ridicule.

Sorry, but she not only had back, she had front and sides... and if she wants to wear underwear on stage again like that... she's going to be held to a higher standard than your average woman at the beach.

Not every person that's on her side is stupid. I don't buy any of the excuses, she fucked up period. If anything, you should point the ones that supposedly "hate" Britney, think everyone's over her, etc. and yet post on every single thread about the SAME VMA performance with the same comments. Now THAT's "stupid" and absolutely pathetic.



As for the Paris Hilton comparisons, I really think it's unfair. Britney hasn't been herself during this long "trashy" era. If she really was a totally empty Paris Hilton kind of person she wouldn't start partying only after her divorce for a few weeks and then shave her head, when she hardly partied before. Paris is all about being drunk enough to show her cooch for fun and that's what she lives for while Britney obviously has deep psychological problems. But I probably know more about her than you do which is why I wouldn't expect you to see she's not just a mindless bimbo behind the mess. More like PPD or something.

And when was that? Probably this year as she hasn't partied that often earlier. As I said, if she really was all about the partying then her hardcore partying would've never resulted in head shaving, rehab and all this current mess. She'd also not decide to perform with a bikini because it looks good and cry after the performance "I looked like a fat pig" if she didn't have much deeper issues. Maybe it's PPD, maybe she's bipolar... I don't know. But something's up.

Seems more to me like a "comedown"...

(OK - so I never did like Britney - I'll freely admit that I always thought of her as being over-hyped and under-talented ;))
