I like Britney, I mean it's obvious she has no real singing abilities, but she's certainly a great performer, just hope she gets her shit together and doesn't go down the wrong path.

My favorite song of hers is "Everytime", loved how vulnerable she was, it certainly was an accurate portrayal of the events, etc. that happened

rumors have it that producers working on her new album with her include, David Guetta, Danja, The Outsyderzs, Sean Garrett, Max Martin...I believe I read on Pigeons and Planes(though it seems they've taken down the post talking about "Telephone") that she was working with Tricky......

everything from earlier in the year said that it was to be released in May or June...but obviously that is not happening...so I'm guessing later in the year now

Do you go around finding out how much dedication each artist puts into their work? Or is there something used to measure it?

The fact that Britney has sold more records than GaGa with a weaker singing voice proves that she does have something over GaGa, clearly. Britney is the decade's best selling female act, so no, GaGa hasn't surpassed her that much.

I'm no Britney fan but to give her credit back in her day she was way bigger than GaGa is now. Everything she did or did not do was so blown out of proportion by the media and all...

Seriously half of GaGa's fans don't realize that most of the stuff she does has been done so many times in the past, they just call her original and bla bla. I'm a GaGa fan but I do feel people are so delusional when it comes to her.

Haha. Britney has a stronger singing voice than GaGa? Oh god, yeah... just, no.

Also, while we're comparing the two, I don't believe Britney had four consecutive number 1 singles off her debut album. Billboard confirms this. And when including Bad Romance from The Fame Monster, she's had five consecutive number one singles.

The Fame was just certified Diamond. Bad Romance is the most-watched YT video of all time. The achievements, ones that Britney never in all her years reached, keep adding up.

I'm not a stan, but I know facts versus fact-stated opinions. Lady GaGa, in her still-young career, has reached a fame and popularity that rivals Britney's. Keep in mind that Britney has been making music for ten years...

Yeah.


Having said that, I believe Britney would have made this song more mainstream. She could have made a more audience-suited video. Lady GaGa and Beyonce's video was more performance art. Some people don't go for that.

what are you? twelve? You need to do some research to know the real facts. Britney was WAY bigger when she started. The media keep saying Lady GaGa has 4 or 5 no. 1 singles, but they weren't on the Billboard Hot 100, not all of them, and they had to re-release the singles, she already had videos for Just Dance, Poker Face and Beautiful Dirty Rich before Just Dance started to gain attention.
Britney has had 4 consecutive no.1 albums, 5 of her 6 studio albums debuted on no.1, and she has a broken a LOT of records, you just do research or read a Guinness World Records book. And you may think that she isn't relevant anymore, but '3' debuted straight on no.1 without promotion. Lady GaGa with all the promo and the great achievement of Bad Romance on YT, didn't reach that position.

The producers of Womanizer...said in Oct/Nov this year....but could be sooner...but some of the producers working on the songs...seem really proud of what they produced...Brit's label though...seem to be keeping it all hush for now....

& ooh 3 new songs may leak soon apparently...previously unreleased tracks

That is whats wrong eith everyone... her personal life has nothing to do with you and doesnt affect you in anyway besides what you want to research and look up.

Im sure if she beat her kids we would see it all over the news and she would not be photographed with them :wave:
