Brittany Murphy Dies

A terrible loss. I really liked her work from Clueless to her role in Sin City. A terrible, terrible loss.
 
So sad. I was shocked when I heard about it. It was so random and unexpected. Some people think its due to an eating disorder, others speculate drugs had something to do with it. I guess the autopsy results will tell all.

Anyway, RIP brittany. She was great in Uptown Girls and Just Married. Really cute and quirky.
 
I said this in the other topic but she was so talented. I'm watching Beast With A Billion Backs right now (her last voiceover work aside from her regular King of the Hill role) and she gives such an amazing performance.

Once again, RIP Brittany.
 
It is terrible but not not unexpected. She had a drug addiction and an eating disorder. Even if she didn't have drugs in her system at the time of death, coke wears your heart out. It's the brutal reality of it all that will most likely be covered up by people in lala land.
 
My friend text me and was so shocked. I wasn't at all. She seems to have been going down this road for a while. I will be shocked if the coroner finds it's not drug related.
 
I was shocked. Very unexpected. Sad....way too young to die!

I loved her in "Clueless." May she rest in peace. :cry:
 
Never been too much of a fan of her movies, but fan or not it is very tragic to lose an attractive actress that young.
 
I love her! It's so sad that she was out of the spotlight for quite some time, personal issues maybe? She had no trouble getting work whatsoever, and I love her characters in all the movies she was in... she's so young. Rest in peace. :(
 
"Clueless" is one of my ultimate favourites and Brittany has never played a bad role. I love everything she's done. It's a loss, I don't think sad is enough to describe this.

But at least at 32, she was able to accomplish so much as an entertainer, many don't get the opportunities she did. :)
 
Oh noes! An apparently famous person I've never met and who doesn't even knew my name died!

I really couldn't believe it when I first read it.:eek:
I was really struck with sadness. I loved her work, I found her to be really cute, and I really wanted to meet her and see more from her as an actress:(:(

i remember when Just Married first started showing on TV. It would be on all the time on HBO or one of those, and that's when I realized how cute and funny she was, Ashton K. too.
Ever since then, she became one of my favorites. NO LIE, I felt teary watching the video for "Faster Kill Pussycat" last nite.

Completely unexpected, too young, and too close to this "togetherness" season. That will never be easy to deal with. It shocks me!

I was familar with her work, but wasn't that big of a fan. I knew about her alleged eating disorder and drug problems, both of which could have caused cardiac arrest.
