I don't use any of them. I refer to them by their name or if I don't know it I don't use anything. I don't mind dude, I'm from So. Cal., and buddy or pal is ok. I would just cringe at any female reference to a guy. I haven't had anyone refer to me as such and probably would not respond if they did. When I hear two guys refer to each other using female names it makes my skin crawl.
