I came across her old stuff and she could've made it big If she took the pop route. They tried to turn her into an R&B artist because the pop thing was fading and they thought it'd be more marketable but she doesn't have an R&B voice. Her voice fits more better with Britneylike pop songs. With the right promotion and without the reality show, it would've worked. Her song "Uh Oh" would've been a hit if she released it as her first single.

I agree that adding the Hogan stage name was a mistake. Not sure if it was her decision or her manager's but they probably thought it'd attract a bigger audience. The whole reason why Hulk agreed to do the reality show was because he thought it'd be a good chance to promote his daughter's album but a reality show is one of the worst ways to promote yourself. The less people know about your personal life, the better.

Everything about how she was promoted was a mistake but I think she could've made it if it was done right. Britney's voice is usually enhanced by computers and she sells millions. I'm not even sure if I've ever heard Britney sing live before without lypsyncing. I've heard Brooke sing with just piano on the show so she can sing, not the best voice but she can sing and those 2 songs I posted really would've been hits with enough publicity.

That picture scares me but she can look pretty sometimes. Half the times she's scary looking, half the time she's decent looking when she's not wearing too much make up. Scroll down this page of pictures and she looks pretty in the first half and then really scary in the last half.

I thought her debut song WAS a pop record.

Come on now. That isn't RnB. It's pop, and really cheesy pop. Her kind of music won't go over in today's music scene because it's too childlike. Paul Wall's verse on her first single was the only good part. It might sell records to the Disney age group but it won't chart well. If it was 01 it would have worked. She is beautiful but doesn't have that star quality or that "it" factor. Reminds me a lot of Lindsey Lohan's lame attempt at becoming a pop star.

She should just give up on acting and singing and train as a wrestler. She would be very successful in the wrestling industry because of her family name and her looks, but I'm sure daddy Hogan would freak out if she ever got any kind of injury.

everything to me was one of my favorites... but what really got me started on her was "about us" which everyone seems to forget about...

Hogan will be popular no matter what he does. Wrestling fans will look the other way if it's someone of Hogan's status. The fans still love Austin even after he beat his wife. Some idiots still defend Benoit to this day.
