My bro in law knows I have same sex tendencies ( so does my missus) as I have discussed loads of things about it with him over the last couple of years. He's good because he doesn’t judge me just listens.
The reason I want to tell him is that I feel frustrated around him and want to tell him exactly how I feel to him then I suppose he can then make a decision.
I would probably mention it to him once he’s had a few drinks first
 
Before you tell him remember some things are better left unsaid because he cannot unhear them.
