Bloody fantastic.

Hopefully my last winter in the states and it's gonna be hell.

At least I won't have to go anywhere =] So, I guess I can enjoy the snow!

well, fuck. another shitty SD winter, why am I not surprised.

^
Come to southern california...they are predicting it to be dry most of the time. Out weather was more mild than normal last year.

What if there is a big earth quake?
I'm not hoping for earth quake but the fault lines are there.

Oh, Great! (As in Great Lakes!) Just what I need! :help:

I have a 34mi. (one way), 45 min. commute, and most of it is open (cross winds) North/South freeway. My car has All Wheel Drive, but it's ground clearance is not that of an SUV. I am SO looking forward to scraping ice, and snow, in "The Kingdom's" open parking lot, and freezing my ass off, before trying to get home, after a 12hr. shift, while not sliding into other vehicles, and/or sliding off the road! #-o

Granted, our house was built in 1920, and is, therefore, more than adequate when it comes to keeping us warm. However, it's the time of leaving my garage, and getting back to it, that has me concerned. As I've gotten older, the challenge of Winter driving has lost it's luster as far as "excitement" goes. ](*,)

I really do need to win the Lottery so I can stay snuggled up, on my couch, in my sweats, in front of the fireplace, and not have to worry about running about, snuggled up in 50 layers of clothing, trying not to slip, and fall on my butt, laboring to try to make ends meet! :grrr:

Of course, the current Summer-like weather is just a Teaser! I KNOW that the Warmer it is now, the COLDER it's going to be!

But, I still Love living here! It's just becoming more, and more, difficult to justify that!

All the more reasons to ... no matter what ...

Keep smilin'!!(*8*)
Chaz :slap:

Then I need to find a hunk to snuggle next to so I'll stay warm and toasty.

That's why I moved to south Florida. If we get a cold spell it can get into the low 30's overnight for a day or two, but midday it will be close to 50. I do still have to deal with Christmas in the northeast so I hope the snow holds out until later in the season.

Hi,right before logging in here,i was reading a report out today forcasting another bad winter for us in the uk.It mentioned temperatures dropping below -20 which is colder than we had last year.It also forecast for us to get freezing conditions with moderate snowfall in november, which is particulaly early for us.

After us having so many mild winters over the last twenty or so years then getting last years cold one, it caused so much disruption and property damage due frozen pipes etc, that we must learn from it and be prepared in future bad winters.

I sure hope they're wrong. I'm in the middle of where it says worst of winter.
