Hey guys, looking for advice on getting a big booty.

I've always had a pretty flat butt but I wanna start rocking some nice curves. It's pretty underwhelming to look in the mirror at my non-existent ass, plus having no padding at all down there can be pretty painful when sitting.

Looking for tips on how to pump it up, I'm not too bothered as to whether or not this is done by adding fat or muscle, just as long as it gets big and round.

Sorry if this is the wrong sub-forum to post to. >.<

Here are seven of the best exercises to turn a flat booty into a firm, bubble butt:

Basic Squat. Stand tall with your feet hip distance apart. ...
Skaters. ...
Jump Squats. ...
Resistance Band Butt Blaster. ...
Glute Bridges. ...
Plié Squats. ...
Cross Behind Lunges.

Thanks! Tried a few of those methods before but I dunno if I made much progress. I'll start experimenting with some workouts.

The thing with nutrition and working out is that any food you eat is not going to target any specific body part. You should eat a healthy, balanced diet.

There's plenty of YouTube videos that have examples of both weight-lifting exercises that target the lower body, as well as low-weight tone and tightening of the gluteals. Just do a search on "gluteal exercises for men".

There are some factors that are at play with lower body development. For example, guys who are naturally thin do have to work harder to build legs and butt muscles.

Something else to keep in mind- exercises that use weights in working out the lower body also require a strong core, so be sure to workout and strengthen your abdominals and spine so that you avoid injury when working out your lower body.
