hey guy, no, they weren't taken in a public toilet. i'm referring to thread post i made earlier where i explained the whole situation.
To cut a short story even shorter, i found a cd on a toilet seat in a public toilet cubicle. it's some sort of political thing with guns and flags on it, anyway among the many pictures on it and the music and video, these were included. it didnt have the guy's name, just a bunch of anti-religion, anti-commercialist stuff. its kinda like a terrorist thing (hence the sheets).

Squats. Start with machines like Nautilus, work up to Smith-machine squats, then graduate to free squats. Work with a spotter for the first few weeks of free squats.

It's like anything else. You can improve your butt, for you. You cannot completely change the shape though.

You can gain muscle, just like any other part of the body, but there won't be a drastic overall in your glutes. It will be nice and toned in proportion to the rest of your body, but your glutes will maintain the same aesthetics.

Well, you're saying that you used to carry flab, correct? If that's the case, then you lost fat, while gaining muscle which shows that you had a genetic predisposition for those kinds of glutes anyway. It can be molded and altered, but everyone is not going to walk around with the same kinds of butts like the ones that have been posted in this thread above, even after years of dedication.

Flab is untoned muscle, not fat, but otherwise I agree, except to note this fact: by doing the right exercises, ANYONE can become more callipygian. Whether it's a twin-globes beauty or not, it will definitely be much more attractive than if you just sit around playing video games.
