I have 4 bumps on my penis head, I went to the STD clinic and the doctor said he didn't know what it was but He said It didn't look herpetic or like and STD, do You guys think He is right
 
Well...he's the doctor. You might want to be a little more descriptive or post a picture.
 
No They are bumps and not sores but He did say They didn't look Herpes or any kind of STD's
 
The guy's working at a STD clinic, so I would trust him to know if the bumps were within his area of expertise or not, so it's probably not something you picked up from someone else.

Your next step, if you're still concerned, should be to make an appointment with a dermatologist.

could be candidiasis but hard to tell without seeing pictures - did the doctor rule that out?

did you fuck any girl with a yeast infection - if so, was it without wearing a condom?

did you fuck any guy in the ass without a condom?

if your answer is yes to either or both of these questions it could be candidiasis as that's the primary way it's spread in men

in the UK & Canada they sell over the counter stuff for candidiasis but in the US you need an RX - hydrocortozone will not help

by oral I assume that means someone sucked you? did he/she have a coated tongue? candidiasis can be passed if the person sucking you is infected but I think he/she has to have a pretty rampant case

you can also get it fucking a girl who has a raging yeast infection but unless you're blind drunk you usually can tell if she's got one
 
Well The Doctor also said that if it was Genital Herpes that it would have painful sores but I dont feel mine I just see them and it bothers Me
 
As you didn't post a photo I'm not sure about your problem. I have had some papules on my penis head and it didn't hurt at all. However it didn't feel good when I was jacking off as if electricity was flowing in my penis head. Now they have disappeared by themselves. From searches from google I discovered that those papules are oil glands. They will slowly disappear if you wash and rub lightly your penis head in the shower as well as when you jack off.


However I have 4 tiny white dots symmetric to each other below my penis head near the tip. Not similar to the papules above. It's been there since ages but don't hurt. I have not had sex so far, anyone knows what that could be?

I'm not an MD but this sounds like these might be little benign cysts or calcium deposits in the skin - I occasionally get what might sound like this on my eyelids - my MD said they were harmless calcium deposits in the skin - I get rid of them with a sharp sewing needle but don't know if you should be poking your cock with something like that without an MD seeing first - unless I remove mine they just stay but when I work them out with a needle they leave no traces once they're gone

you're only ever assigned one dick on the assembly line so when in doubt have an MD check you out
