Thank you for your response. I am honestly trying to find a way to get a hands free orgasm or maybe even the most intense orgasm imaginable. I have tried inserting a Dildo in my ass but it hurt way too much and I couldn't get it in. I really wish there was a way to relax or handle the pain. I use lots of lube and feel like I am as relaxed as can be but I think I am too tight and maybe my threshold for pain is too weak. It does mean that the maximum size of the plug above the neck is smaller than what you can take. Or put another way, your anus is relaxing to the point that the plug is able to slide through.
Wearing thong type underwear that seats into the anal cleft may help prevent the plug from sliding out. Switching to a larger plug is more likely going to be the solution.
If you are retaining a plug for extended periods of time, make sure that the plug is pliable and soft so that it does not injure you.
