Buyer's remorse?

Try to avoid Buyer's Remorse. The stress isn't worth it.

My financial situation for most of my life has been cyclical. Usually I don't have enough. So when I do spend, I have learned to be very, very careful and only buy things that will last. So I still have my Stereo from the 80's. Still works and sounds GREAT.

Just think, Pork Chop! This will make it even easier for you to poke me on FB!

I was thinking about going out and spending some money today on something I just don't need---but I guess I'll be good and keep saving it.

Buyer's remorse is very common, whether you're buying a shirt or a car or a house.

It is almost innate.

It is a legitimate legal justification for nullifying contracts of sale within a specified period of time.

But for 180 bucks a year, what else would you have spent it on that would have given as much or more enjoyment?

You also don't want to become miserly and never spend on something that will give you pleasure.

So enjoy.
