Hey guys,
Just wanted to let everyone know that C4VIDS.com, the company we all seem to agree is a scam, that doesn't respond to customers, runs ads that play on iPad and iPhone but doesn't have content that plays on them, is overpriced, not updated regularly, and other awful business practices is now trading as PRIVOY.com. I highly recommend avoiding the site. they don't have many videos and their service is awful. And you can NOT download any content.

We sent multiple (now 4) requests to this user by private message (on this forum - a mod can check) overtime asking for their username to fix/refund their account. Each request was ignored.

There is no account under "videoguy" or "videoguy718" either. We did not request him to change his forum post(s), we simply wanted to fix the issue he was experiencing.

We do not advertise the site works on iPad/iPhone. We list under FAQ the site does not natively work with iPad/iPhone but it does with a 3rd party browser (iSwifter). However, thanks to your feedback, we will install a script that detects iPad/iPhone users and warn them about the non-native support before signup.

We do not advertise the videos are downloaded. We are a video streaming service, like many others, and present ourselves as such - we do not have fake "download now" buttons for example.

The video list under preview page are the same ones in the client area. We have no fake "$1 trial" with hidden fees, nor do we hold people hostage (cancel links under, faq, support, user account settings, e-mail receipt, and credit card statement.)

We give people what we offer. Nothing more or less. We're are sadden he had an unhappy experience, but it is unfortunate that he will not allow us to fix his issue(s) either.

Hopefully, he will let us do so in the near future.
 
I wish I'd seen this post yesterday :( I signed up to the site today, but have to say am also very disappointed with it. Only searching now I found this thread. The videos are OK, but there's not nearly enough content for the price, and yeah the videos aren't downloadable. They also claim to be using something called 'Pixel guard', which embeds your account details in each video.....is that even possible? And if it is, why wont they let members download videos, as there would be no incentive to share the videos with your account details in? Anyway a site to avoid in the future. :(
 
c4vids is the worst, they update like once a month and its just some dude jerking off? i tried it out once and it was awful. I suggest that NO ONE pay for this site.
 
does anyone knmow of a site that has videos like the ones in the preview page? theyre really hot. the only stuff i can find is on gtube sites and that takes forever to navigate through.

The site is a HUGE waste of money. They have some hot guys but site updates are RARE. Not once a month, more like once every six months. Like others have pointed out nothing is downloadable, which is almost unheard of for modern porn sites. The vids do look nice but they are mostly very short. 6-8 minutes is not unusual. Site reps that used to appear in chat while models were on Cam4 were obnoxious.
 
Just thought I'd add to the thread here.
I joined Privoy.com 3 days ago for $50 bucks, the cheapest option there was. I usually never buy porn, but I was feeling celebratory. After several attempts to watch the videos (they kept lagging, freezing, and otherwise not working - and my internet is perfectly fine) I decided to try to look at it on my iPhone. After logging in and seeing a page that said I needed to download an app to display Flash on my phone, I did that. The next time I logged in, I got this message: "Username dannyjp has been banned from this site."
No response. No refund. No explanation. There is also nowhere on the website explaining how one could even get banned if they wanted to.
After three+ emails to the site administrator (with no response) I'm feeling pretty foolish. DON'T BE FOOLED BY PRIVOY.COM IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
My next step is to contact Verotel and complain and see what I can do.
Websites and people like this unfortunately exist. Hopefully, someone else will see these posts before it's too late!!!

Wow I can't believe this site is getting too many hates. I joined this site today and to be honest, I just want to download Tyler T. clip (but it doesn't allow me). I think there's nothing wrong with the site except it's kinda overpriced (still I think it's worth it.)
 
I signed up for this site, and have emailed them twice asking for a refund. When they advertised they said "we'll be adding new videos all this upcoming week and next. " and not a single update has happened. When they did reply

"Hi there,

Please be patient! our updates are on the way :) Sometimes the models take longer than scheduled to complete the video, usually due to school work.

This is total bullshit, and now they are blaming others and saying they don't have any control over their updates. I told them they should not promise things that they cannot deliver and also asked for a refund again and now I am just totally being ignored.

For the record, you can find some of the videos on torrent sites such as thepiratebay, which does include Tyler T and Jack is in there also. This is my way of saying FUCK YOU for the shitty customer service and LIES that this site seems to run on!!

Also the whole pixelguard thing is total bullshit too, it's an image they put in the lower left corner for like 5 seconds done with javascript,

I signed up for this site, and then asked for a refund after a lack of updates. I've asked multiple times and the first time, they told me to be patient and claimed that the updates are on their way, but then basically said that they have no control over the updates, so when they promised in their advertising that there were updates all this week and all next, IT WAS A LIE!!

Then I emailed them again requesting a refund and now I am totally being ignored.

For the record, you can find some of the videos on torrent sites, such as thepiratebay, Jack C and Tyler T are in there. This is just my way of sending them a big FUCK YOU for their shitty customer service, lies, and lack of support and ripping people off. Also that "pixelguard technology" is nothing but more bullshit. It's an image from their site that is overlayed on the videos on the lower left corner for about 5 seconds to try and scare people.

I wish I've seen this post before I purchased the Curious membership. I got banned after a few hours of purchasing it. Only watched two videos and when I tried to log in again. My username is banned. I wasted my money and want a refund. But they still hasn't gotten any response. Privoy.com is a scam. Do not waste your money on this site. Lesson learned
