If you have a penis and break the law, and you never legally changed your gender, or have not been transitioning for they long, you will go to jail and will be not be treated as female or given hormones or treatments or anything. I think if someone has a penis and legally changed their gender to female, rules could be bended. I'm not sure.

Apparently you know jack shit about changing legal documents. This is not surprising. You cannot 'easily change' any of the documents, and they all cost $ and doctors signatures. Usually several at the minimum.

And while she's bloody rich she's not protected against people's views on it, which does impact whether people will sign documents because each state has different laws and a lot of people do not live in the state where they are born. Nor are most of the laws progressive with changing documents; most trans people have mismatched documents.

Even with a simple marker change on an ID you need a signature; most of them are based on surgery that is not clearly listed. I'm in one of the few places where a signature for a marker change without surgery is allowed.

Not incidentally you cannot change all the markers at once. They need to be changed individually for the Id, soc sec and birth certificate. And most states have differeing requirments for changing the markers and in each state not all the markers may be changed. Many people's birth certificates, for instance, will never match the rest of their documentation.
