In most states there are gay clubs of all kinds: gay mountain climbing, gay skydiving, gay cycling, gay bikers (yes, really!). There are gay campgrounds, and gay nudist resorts. You need to keep in the mind that nudist resorts are not sex resorts, although you can still meet guys to date or just have sex with.
 
I do camping occasionally in the summer, and yep its nice to do, get away from town, spend time time outside, etc

Ofcourse never messed around with anyone or anything.
Only once have I jacked off out in the woods when noone was around. .lol.

What’s stopping you? Go to a nude beach, a nudist camp, a gay beach, a gay resort....there are lots of options. Go to a gay resort in Palm Springs where there are a ton of them. You can find lots of them that are “clothing optional” and you can jerk off or have sex in full view of everyone if you want, or join in an orgy if you want.
 
Being naked outside would be nice, but...

Only in a place where I could be assured noone would ever see me (except ofcourse anyone I was specifically there with)

And more likely at night (though warmth of sun would feel good at first, there's the fact I'd burn to a crisp in minutes)
