I like it hot and fresh out of the hopper, and in reasonable amounts. Once it gets cold and congealed, it's YUCK, to me.

Yeah, when it gets cold, to me it's like snot. Texture informs taste, for me. Maybe it has something to do with having been a culinary pofessional for so long.
