As long as he continues to exploit gay people for profit.It is so ridiculous how so many gay people have such little self-worth that Cody Cummings is still making scene after scene where all these guys service him and he does nothing. Clearly he is straight and too grossed out by gay sex to do anything but receive, so why put money in his pocket?

I'm all for a gay-4-pay performer who can perform, but how is this performance? He does scenes with guys who are not really gay in their private lives. If they can do it, he can too. The answer is he doesnt because he knows he doesnt have to. He knows thatlow self-esteem fags are so obsessed with straight/"straight-acting" guys, that he could take a shit and wipe his ass with newspaper and gays would pay to watch.

Gay porn stars, especially those who are actually gay, generally dont make much money. But I'm sure this straight guy makes more than most of them. You might think it is only porn but gay porn is important. There is really no leadership or role models in the gay community. Most gay people are first introduced to gay sexuality through porn. All this shit does is perpetuate the idea that straight guys are better and we should worship them.
 
I suppose there is a Master's thesis in there for someone who would like to study the issue. But since it's not the only site out there, I don't see the harm. I don't notice a lot of porn dealing in reality. Besides, not everyone is into reciprocation. I understand your concern as a political statement, but don't understand the demand that he suck or get fucked. Some guys are disgusted by his behavior; others find him hot. There are a lot of sites where guys get serviced. At home this is what my partner and I do. BTW, who is REALLY in control in those situations, the top or the bottom?

Porn is all about fantasy anyway. Seriously, even if he was gay, you have to ask yourself would you have had a chance with him anyway? Straight guys are realistic enough to know that hot girl in the video is never gonna get together with him but that certainly doesn't stop them from enjoying their fantasies. Well I figured you would be on the opposite of the argument because he's your friend or whatever. But it's more than just making money. This attitude is why gay porn is so shitty nowadays. People find ways to exploit every penny out of situation while doing as little as possible and putting out the lowest quality product. Your biased because you are part of the business.

It's not about conforming to what I like. It's not like I said "Boycott watersports". It's just trying to get people to wake up and stop supporting performer who dont perform.

I single out Cody because he is the only successful "gay-4-pay" performer who doesnt really do anything gay. Most of the other guys actually have sex. People act like this "gay-4-pay" thing is new. But even in the older porn from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, many performers did not have gay sex in their personal lives but they got paid to put on a show and they did. Studios didnt cater to straight guys like they do now. Look at Peter North. Some of his scenes feature some of the best bottoming in gay porn.
 
It seems to me he's just giving a market what they want. There are a lot of gay guys who get off on seeing a good looking straight guy with a big dick get serviced. I'm one of them - it's on a long list of things I find appealing.

I never construed his vids to mean "gay is bad" - just that he's not gay, but he's willing to go this far, if people want to pay to see it.

If, however, he decides to do more, I'll be glad to see that too.

Which is why he's got an audience.

When I direct a scene I'd MUCH more rather work with two gay or bisexual guys... I love working with guys who are into what they're doing. Give me David Dakota or Tyler Saint or Dean Phoenix or Arpad Miklos or Tory Mason, Lance Bennett, Seth Sweet, Rod Daily.... The movie ends up better.

But that's just me. There are people who like the "I'll only go this far because I'm straight" aspect of his site, and I can't fault him for giving the people what they want.
 
I guess you can't blame him for trying to take advantage of the straight worship fanbase but I never really saw what the big deal was about him. He's good looking but doesn't really do it for me.


Who knows what his sexual orientation is to be honest. It may all be a gimmick or he might be telling the truth but the whole gay4pay shit is annoying I agree with that.

I've actually made a thread on this topic before and how dangerous "straight men" in gay porn can be to people who are uneducated about sexuality and still discovering themselves. In the end though, they are profiting off of it and if it's bringing in money they will continue to do it.
 
The straight guy fantasy will never die in the gay community. It's a simple fact.

Plus I've seen a couple interviews with him and he seems pretty cool; not the least bit homophobic or even conceited. I see no reason for people to boycott him or his site. I'm totally gay -- but I think it's cool that there are bisexual sites like his, because it offers people who are into that sort of thing something to enjoy.
 
It isn't that they're "straight," it's that they have a dominating and masculine personality. Gay guys with the same traits are equally attractive, but "straight" is a much easier way of saying that. Plus, straight guys with those qualities are much more common (mostly because straight guys are more common, period).

I am not going to boycott someone because someone asks me to do so. If I don't like CC I just avoid his website. If there are people who enjoy him then they have that right and no one has a right to tell them otherwise.

But if you're going to start boycotts, then sites like AAG, Vista, Strengthnet, Muscle Worship, etc should all be boycotted. Then after we boycott them we should all head to the websites and porn studios and weed out the g4p guys and the ones we are not so sure about (don't want dirty dishes in the sink.)

How about Mark Dalton, and Zeb Atlas and Vin Marco? Shouldn't we be after them harder and faster because they make money from ignorant gays who have no mind or will of their own. Just pathetic, hungry, blind fools looking for a hard time with a hot guy. Purge the web, and the studios. Let's just do an old fashioned witch hunt and burn the bastards at the stake and their wallets too.

If CC or any other person has a website and any other person wants to see it then they have a right to do so.

I didnt mean literally boycott in the streets. I was exaggerating. I just want people to get out of the mentality that "straight is better and hotter". The obsession and adulation of straight guys is one of the biggest problems limiting many gay/bi people imo.

Cody is just a huge example of the problem. But I see it is a lost cause because all of you just coming here saying how great he is.
