Thanks,
i'll just clean it with mouth wash and cotton wool and let it dry.
Apparently you didn't read what Kara just posted, Telstra.
Is it infected? (swelling, red colour, warmer than surrounding tissue)
If not, just cover it with an ointment. There are dozens on the market, but it doesn´t realy matter which one you take. Such a superficial wound will heal by itself without any trouble (unless you put earth or horseshit into it). Ointment and bandage just speed up the process a bit by keeping the wound clean and moist, also the bandage defines the "outside" for the body, it will push any dirt to it ( you might spot dark spots or tiny yellow lumps on the bandage when you change it) and direct the healing proces towards it.
This is one of the cases where you do the opposite of what Grandma said: Don´t scrub it clean every day, don´t let it dry on air, don´t leave it uncovered.
