^this x1000. I'm tempted to lump Katy Perry in there also but despite her albums, if you can find a recording of her singing gospel (Katy Hudson I think was her artist name before she got "famous"), you will be surprised.
 
Kesha has a sortof folksy tune to her in that song. Sortof Reminiscint of Serena Ryder, minus the vocal diherea(yah yah i know its wrong to, but this comp dont have auto-check and im lazy)

Overall I think she has some potential, she just needs to legitimize herself by maybe writing some good songs herself, or working with singer/songwriters on more like this, with less of the partying songs, but not wipe them entirely. An artist's worst mistake is to alienate their original fanbase.

Of course she can sing. She actually does sing her songs live.

And whether she's autotuned or not, she always sounds better than Gaga.
