I hear ya...

I think the smooth weeks are the exceptions, not the rule no matter what profession you are in...

You do the best you can, and most people will be able to tell that you really do care and actually 'give a shit'. And that makes you a WHOLE lot better than a lot of people out there. And that good karma will come back to you in spades... Trouble is...sometimes karma takes it's own sweet time... ;)

Is there any way you can speak to all your clients directly and not have them talk to the receptionist?

Why hasn't she been fired? If she's messing up your stuff, she's probably messing up other things as well.

I admire your ability to get the money from your clients b/c I can't do that. I just hate asking for it, or discussing fees at all. My secretary does that part. I wuss out.
 
If she gets fired, I'll be the new receptionist for ya :)
