I'm not a New Yorker so I'm unfamiliar with Grand Central Station. Does she need a ride home? I don't speak text language so I'm kind of lost but it seems like she needs help.
 
I'm also from NY but never heard the term "Grand Central Station" in a sexual context.

I'm assuming its used in the same frame of reference as "running a train" on somebody.

Probably "the 6" would be a better metaphor than "Grand Central".

The 6 train is always over-crowded... packed with the sweaty proletariat and Canadians named Barry. And it's a really really long ride on well-worn equipment.
