I think that's prolly a true statement -- it's just how the gears/valves, etc work -- different in each body.. It's a pro-creating thing -- prolly the longer cocks with the ability to shoot the farthest (in the vaginal canal) were responsible for getting the most sperm to the oncoming egg -- thus ensuring the continuation of the species - afterall - it's more about that than trying to lick it off your cheek.
