I've never drunk my own piss - but have drunk a full bladder load from another guy several times - though mainly while a guy is pissing in my mouth I let most of it run down my body (cos I love the feeling).

Piss is normally completely sterile (and drunk in some cultures for medicinal purposes) - unlike shit - making watersports very safe sex.
