I still wake up with morning erections... cartoons get me hard so that pretty much answers that question.
 
I'm in my early 30s and Bipolar which requires me to take about 7 meds a day including my blood pressure pill and most days I still have morning wood. But sometimes if I wait too late to jerk it after taking all my pills I have issues at night. There were times though that certain previous pills either made me last so long I'd give up (seriously who wants to jerk it for an hour and a half and not get off?), or made it very hard to get hard.

My erections are not as hard as they were at one time, if I don't pay constant attention to myself it will wilt in a matter of seconds.

At 29 I have yet to notice a difference.

In my past I've taken meds that allowed me to get an erection but I couldn't cum. That novelty was quickly lost to me.
