*Looks shifty* I actually can, I just don't do it regularly. I have a medical condition which means I'm too flexible, however that works out. I've been warned that I can easily dslocate my bones though, so that tends to limit me doing anything like that.
 
When I was 17, I stretched and practice by throwing my legs over my head and bracing my feet against the wall, and I eventually could lick/suck the head.
