Can you teach a dog to fetch a dog?

example Im downstairs with one and the other is upstairs, I'm going to take them outside to pee, how do I train one to go get the other one? Cuz yelling to the one upstairs is too much hard work.

German shepherd age 12 and pitbull age 7. I dunno how to post pics, JUB is super picky aboht which image hosting sites we can use and I literally got an infraction for "uploading an image to the site that was too big" so Im not ginna try uploading here. Do you know any jpg or image hosting sites that embed here?

I house-sat for an uncle once who had a West Highland Terrier named Broadie. Broadie's bed was right next to the laundry machine, and she was trained impeccably to obey bedtime commands, among others. If I was in the middle of a film binge with Broadie lying next to me and wanted to take my socks to the washer, I would simply drape them over Broadie's back and say, "go to bed, Broadie".
