That is bullshit. The investigation began back in 2012. I've already posted this fact earlier in Post #13.
 
Well, silly jabs aside, it's great they caught him. Shame he'll live on when his victims' blood goes unpaid for. But you can't expect justice in the full sense.

Well, I got a stack of paperwork on my desk that's been sitting there for months. Technically, I've been working on them for months. Buy since they are low priority, I will get to them when I get to them.

I'm making an observation. For years there was no result even though the "investigation" was on-going. Then a white guy disappeared and all of a sudden the case is solved.
