Cancelled Shows

I was....quite a bit less than pleased Warehouse 13 ended the way it did - made little to no sense on the timing.

Syfy would rather spend their money on Sharknado. They cannot seem to keep good shows on at the same time. Defiance and Haven I worry for.

There have been a lot of great shows over the years that I really liked that were cancelled.
Boston Public
The Carrie Diaries
Commander in Chief( Geena Davis was wonderful as the president)
The Client List (starred Jennifer Love Hewitt)
Brothers and Sisters (starring Sally Field)
The New Normal

As well as lots of others that I can't think of at this moment. If a show isn't an instant hit they seem to pull the plug right away on it lately. Then there are lots of shows on TV that I've watched and don't like and they stay on the air.LOL

The first thing that LOGO - now LOGOTV - did right was marathon Don't Trust The B(itch) in Apartment 23, and, I actually really like it. I didn't think it'd be funny(and who are we kidding - the only reason LOGOTV is showing it is because of the gay guy in the show), but I actually find it pretty well done, unlike Shit My Dad Says.

HBO's Enlightened, with Laura Dern. One of the funniest and best written series of recent memory. It had two great seasons, but should have had more. Dern is fantastic in it, as is Luke Wilson.
Also, Dermott Mulroney

Yes, I agree it was a great show. She also was nominated for an emmy for the show as well.

Sports Night (1998)
Camp (2013)
Cupid (1998)
Spy (2011/I) (British show)
Whites (2010) (British show)

And not cancelled yet, but probably will be soon Crossbones (2014).

I really thought NBC's Dracula would have survived to season 2. It was very well done. Steam punk goth vampire with excellent cast and atmosphere. Not the traditional Dracula by a long shot. Oh well.

Both versions of Being Human. Also Treme and The Newsroom will end waaaay too soon.

I was glad it was given a decent ending and that the cast and writers had a heads up unlike so many other shows where producers will cancel without warning.

TAXI
Freaks and Geeks...the worst early cancellation in the history of TV.

Charmed but I only just found out that a reboot is in the works.

I was fond of Cold Case and was saddened when it was canceled after 7 seasons

I will have to go with Carnivale as well, when I watched that show and came to the finale of the second season. I was so fucking annoyed that the show got cancelled because of how incredible it was.

Camelot
Hyperion Bay
Valley Of The Dolls (super-trashy 90's nighttime soap with male nudity)

I'm also tempted to say Central Park West but the second season was so awful and so different from the first season so I guess there was no point to continue.

Thought of another one, Lie to Me. If the 3rd season didn't exist, the first 2 seasons were really excellent.

The Monroes

Sean Saves the World started out badly but hit its stride around the 9th or 10th epi. Regrettably NBC wouldn't give it The Voice as its lead-in so people would actually watch it. Partners was just ok.

I have to disagree. I never liked Sean Saves the World. Partners was not that bad. Not great but not bad.
