Have you guys ever secretly filmed straight guys naked in locker rooms or restrooms like they do at http://www.sneakypeek.net/ I know filming guys naked without their permission is risky, but pictures like that are so hot! I think if it's a public locker room or rest room then it isn't technically illegal because it's a public space.

I think filming someone naked without their permission is illegal period, wherever or however it is done.
Don't know how some sites are able to offer unauthorized secretly-filmed nudity .
There are some sites though that cater to the hidden camera interest or fetish by featuring faux-candid or 'staged' hidden camera scenes.

What harm is there in secretly filming someone naked? It doesn't hurt them. And if it's in a public place like a gym locker room then they are basically saying they don't mind who sees them naked.

Nonsense. When I go swimming no one has the right to film me when I'm changing & post the pictures on the internet. It's completely immoral. Even by looking at those photographs people are colluding.

Right...and what harm does it do if they want to record your phone conversations and post those on the internet, post your incoming and outgoing emails on the internet and print your medical history on the front page of the paper?

Don't use your perverse fetishes as an excuse to violate someone's privacy.

Are you not turned on when you go into a locker room and see a hot naked guy coming out of the shower? I know you posted in another recent post about urinals without dividers. By your arguement, aren't you invading those guys privacy by looking at their dicks as they piss? Looking at these videos is the same thing except I'm not physically there. So I don't see how you are so confused about how I can be turned on by it. I find your intolerance and judgement shocking.

Wow.. just. WOW.

Whatever happened to PRIVACY? I mean, are you insane?

Video taping people/taking pictures of them without their consent is ridiculous and morally wrong.. REGARDLESS of the laws of countries..

Furthermore, how can you even be turned on by such filth? That in itself is sickening.

Helms has a good point which I agree with. However, in public places (ie. the beach not locker rooms) where it is not expected to be private, people sould know that they could be photographed or video taped. In the locker room use your photographic memory - place it some where in your memory not on film.

"Wherever it is done"? Do you know the laws of every country?

I come from one where it is legal to film and photograph in every "public space" that is not the interior of a courthouse or police station etc. In swimming pools and gyms (mostly owned by the state or municipality) you have the right to film and shoot just as much as in the street. People often find it rude and ask not to film them, but that is another matter. High school kids and other groups often pose for eachother's pics, while others are around.

Go to the yahoo groups of Eric Deman: start with http://groups.yahoo.com/group/e_demans_male_sports and enjoy! This man once went into the shower rooms of triathletes around here and just asked 'can we film?' They all indifferently mumbled, 'yeah, whatever, dude'. Since then he's done it more often. He even sent emails to 200 amateur football clubs asking if they wanted to strip and play in their own showers 'for a gay website that shows straight sportsmen' and some 40 teams said yes! The trick was to add an element of competition: the team that put on the hottes show was going to win VIP tickets to a big gay disco for each player and his wife/girlfriend.

What I meant by wherever was public or otherwise, not countries...I wasn't pretending to be an int'l legal expert... if you omit the word 'naked' from my sentence, then you're probably right...

If the guys in the locker room are looking into the camera and smiling, your not invading there privacy:

No...if the guys in the locker room are looking into the camera and smiling, it's a posed photo. The key point, in any event, is that they KNOW they are being filmed. My problem is with people who DON'T KNOW they're being filmed, are not consenting, and are having their privacy violated.

Finally someone else who has the right idea. I'm sure there are a lot of us who feel the same way, but are nervous to speak up because the hysterical moralists around here might shout them down and insult them.

Judging by the responses to this thread, I seem to be the only guy who gets off viewing candid pix of beefy, burly naked jocks horsing around outdoors in broad daylight while their team mates' cameras captured these Kodak moments for posterity.

Well said.

I'm a fan of eric deman too, btw. He finds some rockin videos.

That is a personal attack. Shouldn't he be banned for this? Or at least warned?

But seriously now, I find it hypocritical to go to a thread called "candid pictures of naked guys" and then state you are not interested in it, and even oppose it!

Everyone who follows this is waiting for nice pics!

What kind of logic is that?!? If I go to my gym and use the shower, by your logic I'm giving permission to be photographed??? Someone's got some boundary issues going on. If I'm showering at Burning Man, in the middle of the desert - at a public event where nudity is commonplace - then yes, I'm right out in the open and can expect to be photographed. (That's part of Burning Man, anyway.) But a locker room??? In high school????? So you're saying in high school, high school girls would be cool being photographed naked without their knowing it? You think so, huh? Crazy as a bedbug. Didn't a broadcaster - Erin Andrews, I think - just get $55 million for exactly that kind of thing? Being photographed nude without her knowledge??????? That loose screw in the head needs to be treated.

You're right. Secretly filming someone then posting it is low class and can get you in a lot of trouble. Agree with you about Burning Man too, though I would still ask the person's permission. Group stuff like the Naked Oil Wrestling Camp are one thing. You're not just photographing a person. It's a group thing there for anyone to see but a person naked, I would ask.

I have to confess. Invading guy's privacy turns me on. To me, seeing a guy nude against his will is the quickest way to make me cum. I have nudes of every roommate I've ever lived with. I love my spy cam collection
