No one has seen this movie... because all the trailers on Grindhouse were made for Grindhouse. None of them were real movies.

The point was to make it seem like a real Grindhouse movie by adding the previews in between the features. Since the Grindhouse movies were part of the 70's movie experience they made a bunch of previews in that same 70's style in order to fit the entire concept of the film as a whole.

Sorry but you are incorrect. "Ilsa" is indeed a real movie from 1975 starring Dyanne Thorn. The fake trailer in Grindhouse was an ode to the Ilsa films.
