These are a few photos of the 13th annual 'Canstruction' competition in New York City. Teams of architects and engineers compete to see who can build the best 'structure' using little more than tins of food. (All food is donated to Food Banks following the competition.)

There are 13 more 'creations' in my gallery: http://www.justusboys.com/forum/view.php?photos=1575&pp=32&page=1&albumid=30418&sortby=0&sortorder=1

Wow! Wonderful stuff. :=D:

I add another vote for the fabulous cobra sculpture. ..|

But ... is it just me, or would anyone else find it hard to resist the temptation to knock the sculptures over and send all the cans crashing to the ground and rolling across the floor? :-<

Those creations are uncanny! I must have a tin ear, not to have heard of this competition before! This thread has uncanned a desire in me to build something eclectic, out of common household items.

I'll bet most of the artists are CANadian, aren't they?
