Maybe your penis has become "conditioned" to being stimulated in a certain way when masturbating and it's harder to replicate that during sex. As for dry humping, at 16, you were probably really hormonal, as people generally are in puberty, so it likely wouldn't take much to reach orgasm.

i finally came today. so supped. thanks for the great advice guys. i was looking on the internet to see if other people had my condition and its actually not so uncommon. about 1 in 30 guys have this. all i did was stop jerking off so frequently and changed my style. instead of jerking so fast, i slowed it down with less pressure and more along the shaft. and it worked. ^_^
 
its crazy though. i was reading about people ending relationships because of this , girls feeling like they really arent pleasing their men, guys being frustrated, stuff like that. and it happened to me to an extent as well. so im glad im getting over this.
