I've always heard the brain is the biggest organ, and obviously he's not stimulating yours (probably for a variety of reasons).
I'm sure most of us have had great sex with "smaller" guys and lousy sex with the big boys (and vice versa).
It sounds like you just aren't into to him and you're looking for excuses to break away.
One inch short in dick length doesn't sound legit. He might make up for it in girth, but you are probably turned off psychologically already.
