Cap'n Crunch retiring?

Good. That stuff always tore my mouth up.

*wave*

It's been ages since I last ate any. But I may have to grab a bunch of boxes before they disappear. I have the rest of my life to eat it, the shelf life is like forever. Gotta get them Crunch Berries too. Oh, and the peanut butter variety. From what I remember, this stuff is like crack for children.

This was my FAVORITE cereal as a kid... FREAKIES!!! Anyone but me remember them???

... and I agree... Capt. Crunch tears up the inside of my mouth too.

This morning I teased a co-worker that brought in a bowl of the "rainbow" Capt'n Crunch...It's old-school cereal but still a favorite...

I'm a Frosted Flakes guy so I'll survive if the Capt'n sails away for good...

I remember those commercials from way back when for peanut butter crunch..
Good commercials but bad cereal.

Speaking of cereal, I could mow down a bowl of Cookie Crisp right about now...

Good to know. I've always loved me some CC. And I still have a Freakies magnet on my refrigerator.

I do remember Capt. Crunch being kinda rough on the roof of the mouth. Of course I eat organic granola now, which is as bad if not worse.

I prefer Cinnamon toast crunch, since it's the taste I can apparently see. :P But maybe I should get some Cap'n in case they really do retire it within the next few years :P

Well, that's a royal kick in the crunchberries, isn't it ?

The question is MODERATION, folks. When I was a kid, most kids I knew ate it and none of them were fat....

Of course, we actually went outside to play, too.... Hmm.....
