Captain Planet: A live-action film?

During Physics class today, I was thinking about "Captain Planet." The professor mentioned some elements and "Captain Planet" popped into my head. To anyone who remembers the 90's cartoon, don't you think it might turn out good if it was adapted into a live-action movie? I think so. If "Captain Planet" was given a "Heroes"-like approach because I can see it in my head. And my choice director for the movie would be Christopher Nolan. He would give the movie an edgy, serious approach. It Sounds hot, right? Well, at least I think so. Plus, "Captain Planet" dealt with serious environment problems, which has a lot of relevance to today's global warming problem.

OMG that would be AWESOME! I LOVED that show. The New Captain Planet kinda sucks, but the old ones were the shiznit.

I did that too, but me and my friends played Power Rangers the most. We would go in the grass and start karate kicking and falling down like we were hurt just like the show. It was hilarious.

When i was young i used to have a big crush on Wheller (sp?) , and dont worry me and my childhood friends would also wear rings and play captain planet . The one thing i hated was Marte with the heart power , man he was a little bitch!

What was good about the show was that after every episode it dealt with real issues telling young people how they can help to make the world a better place, a very positive show.

if they do make a live action Captain planet it would be CGI mostly i think with some reall ppl in it. at aleast captain would be part CGI i know tha tmuch
