capturing streaming audio, making an mp3

i love live performances, since nobody makes live albums anymore (what's that about?) i have to capture the live performances from youtube. i usually use mediaconverter.org which captures the audio and converts it to mp3 for me which is hella convenient, but for some reason no one has uploaded this bangin' kelly price/ledisi performance of "how great thou art" to youtube.

so... what websites are out there that will let me capture the audio from this link? http://www.bet.com/Specials/celebra..._cog10perf.htm?playlist=perf2010&videoindex=2

preferrably a site where i won't have to download anything, my hard drive is full as it is, but i basically need to capture the audio from that link and, if i can do it all in one move, make it an mp3.

any help?
 
You can do it using Audacity.

On bar, if you change "Microphone" to "Stereo Mix" and then hit record, it will record what's coming out of your speakers...

You are a GEM! I was on google for 10 minutes and couldn't find an mp3 download. If you have a link to the mp3 for Fantasia/Diane Barrino's Celebration of Gospel performance I promise you a lifetime of sexual slavery.

I tried Audacity but can't get it to capture the audio from my speakers, the program won't allow it. :confused:
