While going to beach today we walk onto the pier, under the pier there is a boat ramp, we walked down and saw these 2 twinks must have been about 15-16yrs old with 1 getting a Bj. They stopped and scrambled to pulled up there pants.

Your not normal for thinking it's not normal...you must lead a sheltered life, cuz if your out and about and you get the urge you have sex in the most unusual place, being spontaneous is what makes it fun and exciting.
Many people have sex in the most unusual places all the time. The excitement of it makes it feel that much better..
