caught jo by gf - what to do?

"hey babe......I was horney and alone. I figuredd you would rather I did

that then go out and pick something up and bring home a disease or

start seeing someone on the side. I been doing it since I was twelve so

get past it or get available 24/7."

Welcome to JUB.

Don't get all worked up over it. She needs a good dose of reality. Guys have been jo since time began. Any adult that would get upset over their partner masturbating needs some help.

What to do? nothing. Tell her you've been doing it since you were ... EVERY guy does it and you are going to continue doing it when you want to. If she has a problem with it, wish her well finding a guy that doesn't. Give her a coke, a smile and walk out the door.

decide whether you like guys or girls and stick with one. all these bi people having thier cake and eating it too.

What's the difference between this situation and, let's say, a gay man masturbating to gay porn, or a straight man masturbating to straight porn? He's not out there cheating on his girlfriend with other men, and that's the point.

She intruded on you - did you leave the door open?? If it was closed, why didn't she knock first?

You're adults and she ought to realise masturbation is perfectly common. If she dislikes that you're doing it, ask yourself if you can forego it for the rest of your relationship together.

But you really ought to get down to the reasons why she disllikes you doing it. Perceived unfaithfulness - you getting off without her? Religious reasons - self abuse is unmoral?

If you're to make your relationship work, you have to talk about your needs and urges sometime and if you'll pardon the pun, come to an agreement on it...

My wife caught me years ago and it was traumatic but she got over it. Be glad she's just a girl friend and not a wife who you are heavily invested in.

My question would be what is wrong with her that she didn't realize it was sexy to discover you like that? Why didn't she smile and join in?

Girls are so weird. Sometimes my inner femme boi claims i can understand women, but then I read things like this and realize exactly why i'm not trans.

I will NEVER understand a woman who gets mad when she discovers her guy jerks off. She needs to learn some facts of life - the first being that men jack off.
It's natural, recommended by physicians, and there's nothing that will change it. And there's no reason in the world you should have to hide it.
She either gets over it and knows you're going to be doing that 'til the day you keel over, or you two should part ways now!

It's not cheating if he turns to a male for his same sex needs. It would be if it was with the opposite sex. That's my take on a reasonable, functional bisexuality. Methinks so, anyway.

That makes no sense. It's like saying "But honey, wife, love of my life, I wasn't cheating because she was blonde, you're brunette! You understand don't you?"

Your take on reasonable functional bisexuality isn't reasonable or functional.

Huh? That's a false analogy. Adultery is with the opposite sex.

Adultery is when you have sexual or romantic contact with someone else outside a committed relationship. All this "but it was only a kiss", "we were just talking", "but he's a guy", etc., is just bullsh*t.

...there're a lot of married guys out in the world who do not consider polishing the knob with another dude as "cheating." Sort of "whacking off is whacking off" attitude. I mean we have been talking about jerkin the gherkin, not genital-to-genital sexual contact, right?

Of course not. Adultery is an equal opportunity form of betrayal.

And those guys would be deluding themselves. A sexual moment is a sexual moment.

Now, where's the fun in that?;)

Us bi's getting our cake and eating it too is the whole point! It's being able to indulge in the best of both worlds.

Exactly my feeling. Being bisexual and in a relationship with the other sex and having your same sex needs fulfilled is not adultery to me. The two desires seem mutually exclusive.

Wow, while in my opinion the OP's girlfriend overreacted, I'd say your g/f is pretty much the fucking coolest. That is so hot!

well she gets turned on by gay porn and she wanted me to try it out so she showed me some. it wasn't hard core but it was muscly guys making out and fucking, just didn't show the pentration parts (it was probably simulated because it was on a tv show) but yeah

That is the strangest thing I've ever heard - surely, the betrayal that is at the heart of adultery is the same whether it's with a female or a male? What difference does it make - you're still sharing intimacy or sex with someone other than your committed partner?
