Champions League 2010/2011

Cant wait till February, I'm hoping Real Madrid go all the way. And Barcelona go nowhere. Any Predictions?

Arsenal or Barcelona for me, so I guess I'll be betting Barca from March...

Well no wonder I'll be rooting for LYON all the way till the end

I am hoping for man utd as i am a man utd fun, but i think barca may just be to much for everyone. I also think lyon will shockin real, they can play better as a team than real and in the champions league that is what is important

I was rooting for Arsenal and València. :(

Once they were both gone I went for Tottenham and Shaktar.
But it will be a miracle if they can pull themselves out of the 4-goal holes they've dug themselves into.

Assuming no miracle in White Hart Lane, the question is, will there be one in Donetsk? Can Shaktar uphold their unbeaten-at-home streak in Donbass Arena?

Every time Man Utd and Chelsea play each other, I wish there were some kind of loophole, some obscure quirk of the laws of the game where they could both lose.

Yeah... Arsenal is having an "almost made it" season in every competition. :(

Ekim, I was hoping OL would do well.

I remember during the World Cup, that you had a talent for rooting for teams that lose. So, my friend, could you please, please root for Manchester United and Chelsea?

pschhhhh
Like I have a bad karma... oh well ! ;)

At my place I feel there's such an optimistic feeling about how Real Madrid is doing. I suppose that the eternal clash of the Spanish Titans is inevitable...could be FOUR TIMES in a row. For those of us who enjoy soccer, this is heaven. I love Iniesta and Guardiola. I detest Mourinho and Pepe.

Real Madrid 0 - F.C. Barcelona 2

Nah, just sayin'
sorry desertfox
sigh... :(

I'm not a big fan of Real Madrid or Schalke, but I would much rather see them in the Final than ManUtd and/or Barça.

And last night Real Salt Lake lost the CONCACAF Champions League 2nd leg Final to Monterrey, México.

heavy sigh... :(

Oh, well. RSL played a hell of a match, dominated the first 20 - 30 minutes and made Monterrey earn their win, so I congratulate both teams. :=D:

I'm really glad that Manchester United lost.

They have a lot of great players, half of them on the bench... or watching from the luxury boxes.

Sir Alex Ferguson concentrated too much on stopping/containing Messi and not enough on playing their own game. #-o

In my opinion, it was Man Utd's arrogance and over-confidence, and SAF's poor decisions that brought on their fate. :p
