Well, the problem comes when Robinson makes a statement.

If he's more radically conservative than Kirk, he might let the public believe he was motivated by the left, if his goal is to ignite a civil war.

Ultimately, it's a moot point. MAGA extremists are going to use this for rhetoric and repression no matter what. Even Laura Loomer will make hay of it after disowning Kirk.

It will be interesting to see how they treat the Mormon angle.

Fundamentalists, the majority of MAGA most likely, view Mormonism as no branch of Christianity, but a deviant cult the equal of Satanism.

Problem being, Utah was a consistent win for Trump, with about 60% in both 2020 & 2024. The 2016 win was far lower at 45%, but with a 3rd party Utah candidate in the mix, no comparison.

It will be interesting to see how Trump and the MAGA right pivot from saying the killer was a trans woman radical-liberal Democrat from Outer Space to the white Mormon ultra-right extremist he turned out to be. Will they do like Ronald Reagan, who when he learned the background of the guy that shot him, say "It sounds like he came from a good family?"

You weren't the only one. On another site, I noted that Loomer had gone after Kirk so hard that it was 'as likely as not' that some far right wing nutcase had been triggered by her diatribe to take out Kirk because he was a 'traitor' still talking about the Epstein files...which could bring the entire Trump regime crashing down. And behold. Now this is not proof that he followed Loomer, but for weeks I I have been saying that her attacks against all sorts of people are inflammatory and inciting violence.

It is my wet dream that Robinson would admit that he was spurred on by her and her targeting of Kirk...because in evidence, it would lay the problem of radicalization by far right wing influencers advocating violence. It would also be great, if during Robinson's trial, all of Kirk's most horrific pronouncements and incitement to violence are entered into evidence.

It is also worth noting that Robinson may also have been motivated by Nick Fuentes and the Groyper movement. This may shine light on this white nationalist movement.

I'm usually not a spreader of Youtube vids by talking heads, but for anyone wondering about the war between Fuentes and Kirk...there are clips that illustrate why the Groypers, even though they are the same demo as the Turning Point bros., were opposed to Kirk. So at the end of the day, this shooting was almost nothing more or less than a hit by one cult against another.

Without him at the helm to draw crowds and funding, I suspect that TPUSA will fold in on itself within months and her cry won't be heard beyond a small group of insane TP culties determined to exact revenge on their rival gang members, the Groypers. One certainty? there is a 100% likelihood that their kids could use some real therapy to get beyond the hate that I am sure Daddy filled the house with whle they have been growing up.
