Have y'all heard of the website "isideWith.com"?

It's a cool website I just discovered. (I have no personal affiliation with this website). Basically you fill out a 40 question survey which asks your views on everything from gay marriage to farm subsidies to the Patriot Act to the economy to Obamacare to evolution/creationism.

Then it tells you which 2012 Presidential candidates are closest to your views (by percentage accuracy and ranking).

There's other features on the site too, that try to break down stats by state.

This has been here before JQ but it has been updated with new stances and new questions.

I again ended up on Jill Stein and BHO as a close second at 85 and 83 % respectively.

It had been suggested previously that this was a clever way Jill Stein is getting her name out there since she has no money and no chance at the Office.

JayHawk, I didn't get Jill Stein at all in my results, so I don't know about that.

I was surprised at my results. I got Barack Obama 75%, Gary Johnson 72%, and Mitt Romney 64%.

I'm tough on illegal immigration & national security which might explain my high Romney score. I'm still surprised why I got such a high score for Obama. But I did vote yes for gay marriage and I was progressive on the science & alternative energy questions.

I'm disappointed that I side 79% with Barack Obama

I just took the 2012 election quiz and found that I side 79% with Barack Obama, especially on Social, Environmental, Science, Immigration, and Foreign Policy issues. Who do you side with?

Yeah this test is a bit wonky. Although the Justice Party sounds quite interesting at least from a view point perspective. It reads what the Democrat party should be instead of what it actually is.

If you answered strongly on the environment you would most likely get Jill Stein in your results. It's a bit strange Jill Stein did not come up in your results, JQ... as the Green PArty was the second most preferable party in the results. I think this test isn't great imo...

I remember when we did this one a couple of months ago and after the results were in...I was thinking 'Who the Hell is Jill Stein and why don't we hear even a peep out of her?

Not surprisingly, Gary Johnson topped my results with 85%.

Obama was up there at 73%.






Romney . . . down at 27%.




IMO there aren't enough questions to do a thorough job.
