Me too. the Overreacting thing.

I'm just bouncing off of the walls here. Yeah, I can talk to the dogs. They don't talk back. They understand "cookie" and "snack". They seem upset or nervous when I start pacing around the house. Which tells me to park my ass.

Ya know, I get it now. When I worked at the grocery store the old folks would just talk and talk while I was scanning and bagging their groceries.

I don't have anyone to talk to anymore. The kids have their own things to do. I seem to have suddenly outlived everyone that I would call a friend. And the few I do think of as friends never ever call or e-mail me. Kind of one sided.

I knew it was going to happen. But still. It's a very weird feeling.

Yeah, this should go in the Signs Your are getting old thread. But as a sign of getting old, I can't find the thread. (grump grump)
 
It's not as though our Vannie hasn't wandered off before. Usually when JUB is in somewhat of a slump, and be real, Hot Topics isn't buzzing with activity these days.

I will be ecstatic to find out that is the case.

I'm not embarrassed to say I'm worried about my friend. He wasn't depressed before when he disappeared. He may not be now, but recovery after long-term breakups takes a long time. Vannie may be perfectly fine, but he may not.

Thank you Jason and all of you Guys for thinking of me. I'm ok. Still looking for my "Death do us part"final relationship.

I so miss my Honey Philip. I've been busy working still and helping my Nephew with yard and garden. Him and his wife do some kind of garden hosting party with the town that is enjoyable.


I still have my glum days but I took down the noose from the rafters and put away the gun.

I know that's not funny but laughter is one of the things that relieves my stress these days.

Have not seen my Hoody posting in a while but I haven't checked. I hope he well.

We all need to take breaks, but it was only the timing that made me apprehensive.
