Necks were craning on Hollywood boulevard today because Cher and Christina Aguilera were filming their movie “Burlesque” right in the middle of all the action. As you can see, the singers are in sync- they’re walking in tandem and both spontaneously flipping their hair.

Wow! They look like they are interchangeable - Antediluvian Barbie and Ladyboy Barbie... I'm not sure which is which.

If what I have read is anything to go by, this film is going to be so awful that cinema will start to be deemed "The 7th Crap" thanks to it.

By the way, I hope that Christina doesn't get upset when Cher hits the high notes better than she could ever do.:twisted:
 
I go to burlesque shows roughly once a month, so I'm at least vaguely interested in how the film will shape up.

Jesus Christ this looks horrible. The lines were so cheesy...it's probably worth seeing for camp value alone.

Hopefully the soundtrack can redeem it. Oh, and Cam too. Because he's hot.

lol I'm sure if Christina records an entire album for the soundtrack it will be better than Bionic. Of course I'm not going to see it in theatre but download definitely.

I think it will be great. I mean, this whole "town girl who wants to be famous" has been done way too many times. But it's usually in a cheesy stupid way, like Mariah did (I love her, but that movie was awful) and Britney did (another boring movie).

I hope this burlesque theme gives this movie a hook, something that makes it special. Surely, seeing Christina on it helps, and this will be Cher first time singing on a movie! So it will be great. With such divas together on screen, you can't fail.

It's all been done before (MANY times) but I'll still see it. Despite it being cheesy it does look good. And when Christina started singing I got goosebumps. Damn that girl has a set of pipes on her!
