Cher attacks Mitt Romney GO GIRL!

Cherworld.com is a MUST READ for Jubbers interested in staying on top of breaking political developments

Loved her in Mask btw

So all celebrities who have a liberal view don't count? I should have marked this as humour or satire.

if there's one thing in this world that truly matters, it's what celebrities think about politics.

I drove past her house in Malibu when I was in LA last month... I must have missed the attached homeless shelter/soup kitchen/free clinic.

Its the governments job to provide these things, not private citizens.

The funny thing is - what celebrities think about politics DOES matter. A whole lot.
Also, its what celebrities DO about politics. Sean Penn has devoted many hours and dollars to help the earthquake-torn victims in Haiti. There are others. All Faux Christian Pat Robertson could do was to condemn the Haitians for "making a pact with the devil." How 'bout contributing a few of your blood diamonds instead? :rotflmao:

Martin Sheen has been working to help the homeless in L.A. for years.

Barbra Streisand has held many performances on behalf of AIDS/HIV patients.

I don't believe any "liberal" in show-business needs to pass muster for any of the Neocon psychotics.

^ so I take it you like Cher?

"Half Breed" I sorta liked

Guessing it's very non PC though

I've seen everything she's done except Burlesque. I have it, gotta dig it out and watch!

I don't care much for celebrities using their fame to get a political message across either whether it be Cher or Ted Nugent, but they have a right to do it just as much as anyone does. There are celebrities who take advantage of their fame to run for political office like Ronald Reagan & Arnold Schwarzenegger. They have a right to use whatever tools to get their point across but it doesn't mean I have to like it.

So it's ok that Roseanne Barr, or whatever her last name is this decade, is running for Pres?

Isn't it remarkable that washed-up, has-been celebrities from the 1970s understand far better the problems facing America than does the 2012 Republican nominee for the office of the president?

Sure it's okay for her to run for office, but she's got a snowball's chance in Hell for winning anything. I'd prefer her over some of the people in office right now.
