Hi there -
New to the site and thought this forum a good place to post a question in regard to "man boobs".
I've suffered with this thing on my chest for far too long. It subsumes my self-esteem and my attention; when looking in the mirror, my boob-like protrusions inflect deep seated body disgust. I pay zero attention to other areas of my body. My face, nope. My stomach, nope. All my attention goes strait to my totally feminine, my decidedly emasculated chest.
Though I've never had a personal trainer, I do workout regularly. Typically I go for cardio equipment - the elliptical and stair-master are a staple - and mix in weight stuff along the way. I'm leery to work out my chest too much however. It seems to only expand w/added muscle mass beneath my pecs...or at least that's what I fear will happen.
So, any help would be greatly appreciated. And I hope this isn't a topic already addressed somewhere in the form. Sifted through past posts but didn't see this question/topic specifically.
Thanks again!
