Chinese condoms too small for South Africans

Judge Sulet Potterill blocked the deal with Siqamba, ruling that the condoms were too small, made from the wrong material, and were not approved by the World Health Organisation, the paper said.

I didn't know that the World Health Organization had condom standards -- but, having read that last line in the article -- I cannot do the "rolling on the floor laughing" thing...

It sounds like they have a real health problem down there in South Africa...

This is really sad on two issues. The HIV problem in South Africa and the "selective" editing by Yahoo.
