Chinese Restaurant with Tails Hanging Out of the Pot...

There is a Chinese restaurant in the town where I live just closed by the health department a few weeks ago. They were tipped off that the owner of the place was buying deer killed by local hunters and using it as beef for cooking.According to state law all meats used in restaurants should be usda inspected.

Having spent 2 years in the pest control business and with a territory that consisted mostly of Asian restaurants, I don't eat Chinese food anymore.

Star-Warrior was correct in showing what type of stoves they use. I can't imagine anything hanging out the side of the pot not going up in flames!

Aside from that, their idea of cleanliness and hygiene leave something to be desired.

Most places I serviced had constant issues with the health dept.

I did learn one thing with my service in pest control. A major roach infestation (which is common in Chinese restaurants) has a particular odor. You can smell it in the dining room!

I love Chinese food, but it's now just a memory because of what I know now.
