Christmas Cake

I made a christmas cake one year covered in shaved coconut and it even had a green coconut tree and a yellow coconut star! Side note just tried a fruit cake slice from a german bakery HOLY CRAP!!!!!! It was sooooo good I had had a tincy piece before and it was horrid but that was from hostess i figured im here picking up pie for thanksgiving lets give it a try its authentic from a bakery ok! Moist flavorful nutty just really really nice!

not into Christmas cake especially if it has meat lard in it---but Vannie's cakes sound good.:D
