Christmas Music

I have satellite radio in my car and on my phone and they have a large assortment of xmas channels --old- new -Latino- classical- Soul -Jazz- rock

Alright chipmunks ready to sing your song?

I have to hear the chipmunks at least once :)

Not even this?

I could listen to this. I just get tired of the same 20 Xmas songs over and over again so I usually wait until Xmas Eve to turn on Xmas music. But I wouldn't mind some nice holiday sounds in the house beforehand that are new and pleasant like this.

The only Christmas music I’ll go out of my way to listen to

On Spotify there's a playlist "Christmas with Mozart" by Deutsche Gramophon. Love it. 100 tracks of light programme. Great for the silly season.

I loathe Christmas music with every ounce of my being. Particular pet hates: John Lennon, (...) The Pogues

Seriously? I though John and Yoko's "Happy Christmas/War is Over" and "Fairytale of New York" by The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl were the ultimate, ideal and unsurpassable anti-christmas anthems? On a par with Elvis Costello's "Saint Stephen's day murders" and Jackson Browne's "The Rebel Jesus."

And I'm the renegade who loves new Christmas music. This is my new favorite for 2021. It's Brett Eldredge...and it's Chicago. So much to love.

And from two years ago: rockabilly throwback JD McPherson.

Does The Nutcracker count?

Sergey is very hunky:
