I myself had a circumcision when I was a teenager. There is no notable difference in sensation during sex and masturbation. I am as sensitive now as I was before.
Circumcision is not a big deal as long as you get it done by a qualified professional. You wouldn't get a root canal from a lawyer, would you? The only problems I encountered during my recovery was a bit of bleeding.
